When you register as a vendor or buyer, we collect:
- Full name and contact details (email address, phone number)
- Business name, type, and description (vendors only)
- Region and address information
- Account password (stored encrypted — we cannot read it)
2.2 Transaction Data
When transactions are made on the platform, we record:
- Order details, quantities, and amounts
- Payment confirmation references
- The 8% commission deducted on each completed sale
- Delivery address provided by buyers
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL. This helps us improve the platform.
2.4 Communications
If you contact our support team or message a vendor through the platform, we retain those communications to resolve disputes and improve service quality.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
- Create and manage your account on StockDropGH
- Facilitate transactions between buyers and vendors
- Calculate and collect our 8% commission on completed sales
- Send order confirmations, receipts, and platform notifications
- Provide customer support and resolve disputes
